Now hiring a Fulltime Restaurant Manager in St. Augustine, Florida
F/T General Manager
Successful North Florida Bar/Restaurant is looking for a qualified professional to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs containment, employment retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age have knowledge of service food and beverage
- 3 years front of house operations experience and or assistant management position
- Stamina and willingness to work 50-60 hours per week
- Excellent math skills and the ability to manage a POS system
- Be able to provide all functions normally required in the management and operations of a restaurant and bar Generous
Requirements:
- Must be a certified professional food manager
- Must be Service-Safe Food certified
Salary and bonus commissary based on experience and performance.
