Randstad National Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Albuquerque, NM. This is a 2 month temporary assignment that will begin immediately.
Job responsibilities are:
* Handling inbound calls in a busy call center environment from members, clinicians, and facilities
* Responsible for verifying eligibility, quoting behavioral health benefits, helping members to obtain referrals to network clinicians, provide routine authorizations, provide claim status and problem solve in resolution of claims issues
