Customer Service Representative ~ 25 OPENINGS ~ Healthcare

Randstad National Recruiting is now accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives. This position is temporary only, through December 31, 2009. Those seeking permanent placement or direct hire need not apply. 15 contractors will begin on October 5th and 10 contractors will begin on October 12th.

General Job Description:

*First two weeks are training, M-F, 9-5. Once training concludes candidates must be able to work an 8 hour shift anywhere between 8am and 10pm. Also, you must be able to work rotating Saturdays.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Handle all telephonic inquires from prospects interested in the company's products, as well as make outbound calls to prospective members.
*Educate and inform prospects on the benefits and restrictions of the plans.
*Demonstrated ability in problem solving skills
*Communication skills - Demonstrating high level verbal skills and ability to establish and maintain a conversation with a stranger.
*Good, empathetic listener, predicting effects of own words, considering the needs of others, flexible and can adjust personal style as required to be effective.
*Computer skills - Using computers to access customer information and websites - multitask, utilizing appropriate technology to effectively meet the needs of the customer and to communicate with co-workers. Can easily navigate between multiple systems.
*Comfortable with diverse client base and possesses a solid understanding of senior issues.
*Flexibility to be able to adjust schedule during busy peak times for availability to work additional hours as needed.

Working hours: M-Sat, 8am-10pm

*Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
*MUST BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM AND 10PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
*MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER SATURDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
*1+ years of recent call center experience.
*High School Diploma or GED.
*PC Proficient
